We wouldn’t be very good at fighting cyber bullies if we were all the same. Diversity and inclusion isn’t something we do to tick a box, we do it because it makes us better and we do the right thing (always).
Here’s some of what we do.
We continue to sponsor the” Empowering Women To Lead” event and have done since we were very small. Women are still underrepresented in an industry that has moved on from a cliché and we are doing our very best to help change that. We have a vibrant and enthusiastic “Women in QC” group, which is there to support existing team members and help us get the message out.
Neurodiversity is a strength at Quorum Cyber. We have created an environment whereby anyone can be open about what makes them different, and therefore important to us. We embrace, welcome and encourage different ways of approaching problems. That way we help more good people win.
We work closely with the amazing Robertson Trust, who help people from the poorest postcodes in Scotland achieve their education, and career ambitions. We have graduates from the Robertson Trust in our present team and there will be many more in our future. We love working with these guys!
And we do more that just get the rainbows out when we want to show our support – Quorum Cyber is for everyone who wants to make the world a little bit better.
